1. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.

3. Returning Items

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

• Returns should be sent to the address provided when your return request is approved.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

5. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made merchandise

• Downloadable digital content

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us at mgmt@thejacques.co.uk within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
